Even though BCT has been established for only 5 years but our family has had a long long time cycling experience in the kingdom of Thailand particularly in Bangkok and her surroundings.
Our family has been raised up in Thonburi just behind the temple of dawn on the west bank of the Chao Phraya river which is up to nowadays still very peaceful and full of beautiful scenery of farms, communities and Buddhist Wats. We have always been enjoying ourselves cycling in our hometown, Thonburi.
Mr.Charrunit Yoosorn, the founder of BCT, a TAT. licensed professional English speaking tour guide who and accumulated a great deal of experience in providing exceptional services in travel and recreations business for more than 20 years. He has realized that apart from regular sightseeing tours of major tourist attractions like the temples, the Grand palace, the floating markets etc, an activity like cycling has been very popular among the visitors of Thailand and become even a better way to enjoy the kingdom.
Nick and fantastic working term has been performing very well in terms of trying to find beautiful routes to create wonderful cycling programs exploring the city of Bangkok itself and other amazing parts of suburban as well as a number of interesting towns in the upcountry under the concept ” Hidden Treks” and conducting them on a heart to heart basis. And undoubtedly they have been given such a good feed back from they clients.
The only thing that has been mentioned very often by the clients is that the name of the website is a bit too long and difficult to remember and as a matter of fact the name BangkokYai represents only a specific area on Thonburi side of the Chao Phraya river not the whole city of Bangkok. Taken all that into serious consideration in one team meeting, they have finally arrived at a decision to change the website’s name from “www.bangkokyaicycling-tour.com” (Recommended by The Tourism Authority of Thailand or TAT) to www.cyclingbkk.com

BCT is proud to helping stop Global warming through teak planting program.A teak tree will be planted by each customer .It is our pleasure to invite all cyclists who are environment – centered mined to join our special program which will give you an opportunity to help plant teak trees back in to our forests. BCT will donate 10 percent of the tour price to our cycling club to organize teak planting trips in various national parks and the likes countrywide BCT started this program on the 9th of Jan. 2009, with Mr. Lasse Eckerstrom who really had the distinct pleasure of being the very first participant. We must thank you Mr. Lasse Eckerstrom, for taking this important step to help our earth and reduce global warming.
